在眾多(duo)生產領域中,經常(chang)需(xu)要對(dui)貯槽、貯罐、水(shui)池(chi)等容器(qi)(qi)中的液位進行(xing)監(jian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong),以往常(chang)采(cai)用傳統(tong)的繼電器(qi)(qi)接(jie)觸(chu)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi),使用硬連接(jie)電器(qi)(qi)多(duo),可(ke)靠性差,自(zi)動化(hua)程(cheng)度(du)(du)不高,目(mu)前已有許多(duo)企業采(cai)用**控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)器(qi)(qi)對(dui)傳統(tong)接(jie)觸(chu)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)進行(xing)改造(zao)(zao),大大提高了控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系統(tong)的可(ke)靠性和自(zi)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)程(cheng)度(du)(du),為企業提供了更可(ke)靠的生產保(bao)障。本文在此(ci)介(jie)紹一種采(cai)用可(ke)編程(cheng)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)器(qi)(qi)(PLC)對(dui)液位進行(xing)監(jian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)的一種方法,其電路(lu)結構簡單,投資少(shao)(可(ke)利(li)用原(yuan)有設(she)施改造(zao)(zao)),監(jian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)系統(tong)不僅自(zi)動化(hua)程(cheng)度(du)(du)高,還具有在線(xian)修改功(gong)能,靈活性強,適用于多(duo)段液位監(jian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)場合。
1.控制要求
PLC液(ye)位(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)顯示報警(jing)控制系統可(ke)以根據生產的需要將液(ye)位(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)分為多段來設定(ding),并分段顯示,當(dang)液(ye)位(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)為***低(di)限時(shi)自動(dong)啟(qi)動(dong)料(liao)泵(beng)加液(ye),液(ye)位(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)到達設定(ding)值時(shi)發出聲光報警(jing),并停泵(beng);操作人員可(ke)通過確認按鈕(niu)解除(chu)音響報警(jing)信號(hao),閃爍燈(deng)光轉平光;系統具有(you)(you)手動(dong)/自動(dong)兩種控制方式,并設有(you)(you)試驗(yan)功(gong)能。
2.PLC選型
目前在(zai)國(guo)(guo)內市場上有(you)從美(mei)國(guo)(guo)、德國(guo)(guo)、日本(ben)(ben)等國(guo)(guo)引(yin)進的多種系列PLC,國(guo)(guo)內也有(you)許多廠家組裝、開發數十種PLC,故PLC系列標(biao)準不一,功能(neng)參差不齊,價格懸殊。在(zai)此情況下(xia),PLC的選(xuan)擇(ze)應著重考慮PLC的性(xing)能(neng)價格比,選(xuan)擇(ze)可靠性(xing)高,功能(neng)相當,負載能(neng)力合適,經濟實惠的PLC。本(ben)(ben)文介(jie)紹(shao)以四(si)段(duan)液位控制對象為例,據(ju)對多種因素(su)的分(fen)析(xi)比較及監控系統輸入、輸出點數的要求,選(xuan)用日本(ben)(ben)立石(OMRON)公司C20P型(xing)PLC。
3.系統硬件配置(zhi)
為實現液(ye)位的手動(dong)(dong)/自動(dong)(dong)控(kong)制(zhi),需要輸入(ru)口12點(dian),輸出(chu)口8點(dian),選(xuan)用(yong)C20P 20點(dian)I/O單元的PLC,輸入(ru)光電隔離(li),輸出(chu)繼電器(qi)(qi)隔離(li),負載(zai)能力強;液(ye)位檢測采用(yong)干簧管傳感器(qi)(qi),手動(dong)(dong)/自動(dong)(dong)轉(zhuan)換、運(yun)行/試驗(yan)轉(zhuan)換和液(ye)位設定采用(yong)雙(shuang)位旋鈕,手動(dong)(dong)啟泵、停(ting)泵和確認、試驗(yan)采用(yong)常開按鈕;輸出(chu)選(xuan)用(yong)電子(zi)音響(xiang)報(bao)警器(qi)(qi)和24V直流指示燈(deng)、繼電器(qi)(qi)。參見(jian)圖一系統硬件配置(zhi)圖。

為(wei)節省輸(shu)入(ru)口數量(liang),節省投資,本系統運行(xing)/試(shi)驗功能(neng)的(de)(de)轉(zhuan)換采用(yong)了對I/O模(mo)塊(kuai)(kuai)(kuai)接線的(de)(de)優(you)化(hua),使PLC輸(shu)入(ru)模(mo)塊(kuai)(kuai)(kuai)中1個輸(shu)入(ru)節點起到2個輸(shu)入(ru)節點的(de)(de)作用(yong),完成(cheng)PLC工作在(zai)兩種(zhong)方式下(xia)的(de)(de)I/O功能(neng)。參見圖(tu)二I/O模(mo)塊(kuai)(kuai)(kuai)接線的(de)(de)優(you)化(hua)。

系統正(zheng)常運(yun)行時(shi),運(yun)行/試(shi)驗轉(zhuan)換旋鈕(niu)S接(jie)(jie)通1-3接(jie)(jie)點,各(ge)(ge)(ge)試(shi)驗按鈕(niu)不(bu)起(qi)作用(yong),液位信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao)由各(ge)(ge)(ge)干簧管傳(chuan)(chuan)感器傳(chuan)(chuan)輸給PLC;系統處于試(shi)驗狀態(tai)時(shi),S接(jie)(jie)通1-2接(jie)(jie)點,各(ge)(ge)(ge)傳(chuan)(chuan)感器輸入信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao)不(bu)起(qi)作用(yong),此(ci)時(shi)可用(yong)各(ge)(ge)(ge)試(shi)驗按鈕(niu)模(mo)擬各(ge)(ge)(ge)段液位信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao)傳(chuan)(chuan)輸給PLC。兩(liang)種控制方式下的(de)兩(liang)個信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao)共用(yong)一個輸入節點,成倍提高I/O端口的(de)利用(yong)率,節省I/O點數。

4.2 編程說明(ming)
= 1 * GB3 ① 本系統為(wei)液(ye)(ye)位(wei)的雙位(wei)控制系統。液(ye)(ye)位(wei)可分(fen)四段(duan)設(she)定和(he)顯示,在(zai)***低液(ye)(ye)位(wei)時自動啟(qi)泵(beng),當液(ye)(ye)位(wei)到達設(she)定值時自動停泵(beng)。
= 2 * GB3 ② 采用(yong)IL/ILC分(fen)支(zhi)指(zhi)令,通過(guo)(guo)0008旋(xuan)鈕實現手(shou)(shou)動(dong)(dong)(dong)/自動(dong)(dong)(dong)兩(liang)種功(gong)能的選擇,當0008旋(xuan)鈕閉合時,自動(dong)(dong)(dong)指(zhi)示(shi)燈(deng)(deng)亮,系統(tong)(tong)執行IL/ILC分(fen)支(zhi)內程序(xu),完成自動(dong)(dong)(dong)監控;當0008旋(xuan)鈕打開時,手(shou)(shou)動(dong)(dong)(dong)指(zhi)示(shi)燈(deng)(deng)亮,系統(tong)(tong)執行分(fen)支(zhi)外程序(xu),通過(guo)(guo)0010、0011旋(xuan)鈕實現手(shou)(shou)動(dong)(dong)(dong)啟泵、停泵。
= 3 * GB3 ③ 液位(wei)由(you)0004~0007旋(xuan)鈕分***低、較(jiao)低、較(jiao)高、***高四段設定,系統設置由(you)低到高的優(you)先權,即當多個(ge)設定旋(xuan)鈕同時閉(bi)合時,低液位(wei)設定優(you)先。
= 4 * GB3 ④ 采用(yong)干(gan)簧(huang)管(guan)檢(jian)測液(ye)(ye)位(wei)時(shi),當(dang)液(ye)(ye)位(wei)到達檢(jian)測點時(shi)其觸點閉合,指(zhi)(zhi)示燈(deng)點亮;液(ye)(ye)位(wei)離開(kai)檢(jian)測點時(shi)其觸點打開(kai),為保證相應(ying)測量段指(zhi)(zhi)示燈(deng)不立(li)即熄滅及不受(shou)液(ye)(ye)位(wei)波動的影響,每(mei)段指(zhi)(zhi)示燈(deng)的控制均(jun)采用(yong)KEEP保持指(zhi)(zhi)令,只有當(dang)液(ye)(ye)位(wei)上升或下降到相鄰段時(shi)指(zhi)(zhi)示燈(deng)才熄滅。
= 5 * GB3 ⑤ 當液(ye)位(wei)到達(da)檢測點時,液(ye)位(wei)指(zhi)示燈閃爍,燈光閃爍因子(zi)采(cai)用(yong)內(nei)部閃爍內(nei)標1902,以1S為(wei)周期(qi)閃爍;若(ruo)液(ye)位(wei)到達(da)設(she)定值(zhi)時,自動停泵(beng),并設(she)置電子(zi)音響報警,報警聲設(she)計為(wei)響3S停2S,循環(huan)30S后自停,或在30S內(nei)按(an)0009確認按(an)鈕停音響,指(zhi)示燈傳平(ping)光。電子(zi)音響報警和(he)泵(beng)的啟停同樣考慮液(ye)位(wei)的波動影響,設(she)計時采(cai)用(yong)KEEP保持指(zhi)令(ling)和(he)DIFU微分(fen)指(zhi)令(ling)聯合使用(yong)。
= 6 * GB3 ⑥ **開車(che)時,液位(wei)(wei)低(di)于或高于***低(di)液位(wei)(wei)時,需先手(shou)動(dong)啟(qi)泵,再切換(huan)成自(zi)動(dong)運(yun)行;或**入試驗(yan)方式,按***低(di)液位(wei)(wei)試驗(yan)按鈕啟(qi)動(dong)料泵,再進(jin)入自(zi)動(dong)運(yun)行方式。
